WaJao Inc d/b/a Retention Science is a Delaware corporation that consists of start-up ventures and Internet-based products. It provides big data analytical tools for customer retention. The Company offers retention marketing platform that collects customer demographic, social, and behavioral data and unites them with real-time web viewing patterns and purchase history to predict the most relevant campaigns to increase sale conversions.
In 2016, we were hired by Wajao Inc. to develop an experimental UI to show KPI and CLV segmentation on tablets. The platform was designed for internal use for those companies that were using Wajao’s services. The service was named RS Heartbeat and showed up among Wajao’s products for some months.
